Challenge
Small farmers had very limited access to credit: branches were far, paperwork was heavy and credit scores were thin. Without cash for seeds, production dropped.
Approach
We built a flow where the farmer applies from a phone and spends the credit directly at the supplier as inputs. A risk-scoring model used farm data (crop, region, past harvests). We also shipped a dealer panel and an ops console.
Result
Tarfin has now funded over ₺1.2B to 50K+ farmers. The platform runs in 81 provinces and takes 500+ applications a day during harvest.
